What Is Fitness Boot Camp?
The fitness boot camp is a special workout which in a limited period of time (usually 6 weeks) allows you to get in shape and/or improve the fitness of anyone.

The training system takes into great consideration the different shape of the participants, but unlike other group training, where different classes are required for different levels, in bootcamp having different levels of preparation becomes an opportunity to train better all together.
